More Than Theory — Understand How the Industry Actually Works
Knowing what a dispatcher does is not the same as knowing how the day actually runs. A load has to be found and evaluated, a broker has to be called, a carrier and driver have to be coordinated, and the paperwork has to match what was agreed. Each of those steps has its own sequence, its own vocabulary, and its own places where things go wrong.
Our focus is on helping students understand practical industry workflows rather than only learning theoretical concepts. Training walks through the process the way it is encountered in real operations, so that the terminology, the documents, and the software all connect to something concrete.
Students spend time on how to book a load, how to work a load board, and how HOS and ELD rules shape what can actually be scheduled.

R1 Brokerage & Dispatch School is a training institute focused on the North American trucking industry. We specialise in two areas: truck dispatch training and freight brokerage training, both taught as practical, industry-focused programs rather than theory-only courses.
Our programs are built around the USA & Canada trucking workflow — how loads move, how brokers and carriers work together, and what the paperwork and software look like in practice. Training is beginner-friendly, and students are not expected to arrive with any previous trucking background.
